Return & Refund Policy

All products undergo an operational test before shipment to ensure quality and functionality. However, We offer a 14-day return period to ensure customer satisfaction.

To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase and the item’s serial number (if applicable). Once your return is received, our team will inspect and verify the condition of the product.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.

  • A 50% restocking fee applies if the item has been opened or used, but remains in good condition with intact packaging.

  • No refund will be issued if the item is used and:

    • In poor condition

    • Broken or damaged

    • Used under water (if not waterproof)

    • Returned with damaged packaging

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after your return is received and approved.

Exclusions:
This policy excludes all professional-grade metal detectors, including (but not limited to):
Minelab GPZ 7000, GPX 6000, SDC 2300, Gold Monster 1000, Equinox 900, Manticore.

To purchase one of these machines, you must contact us first at info@nuggetfinder.ae before placing your order. Orders placed without prior contact will be subject to refund administration fees if canceled or refunded.

Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective or not functioning properly, contact us immediately at +971 56 789 4865.

Defective items may be eligible for a full refund or replacement, pending inspection at our warehouse. Please report any issues within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and replacement arrangements will be coordinated by our support team.

Please note: Certain countries restrict or prohibit the import of metal detectors and accessories. We are not responsible for any confiscation or legal issues that may arise at the destination. Purchase at your own risk.
